In House Tooling Design & Manufacturing

Chengli Hardware has been in the metal stamping business for more than 20 years, we totally understand the importance of the tooling & die for our customers. Then during the 20 years of business,we have built a solid reputation as an industry leader in large-scale and complex tool and die design.

• Types of tooling: We specialize in making single die, progressive die, compound die, four slide die, and deep-drawn die in our in-house tool room.
• Software used to design tooling:We use advanced 3D CAD software including AutoCAD and SolidWorks to design the tooling from concept to production.
• Material types of tooling: We will select the most suitable materials for the toolings according to each project. The popular tooling material is made of Tool steel ( A2, D2), Carbides, High-Speed steel, and Powder Metal.  All the toolings are well maintained, saved, and repaired by our experienced workers. If they are damaged or scraped in production, we will make the new tool for free.
• Machines used for tooling: Our advanced wire electrical discharge machining (EDM), CNC machining, and water jet cutting equipment allow us to produce highly-accurate prototypes with tight tolerances. We are also equipped to facilitate large-scale production runs to meet your specific needs.
